Member's Annual Meeting

The annual membership meeting will be held on THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 9TH at the Club. The meeting will begin at 8pm. The agenda will include reports from officers and election of board members for next year. Please come.

Board of Directors

Halberstadt is a privately-owned fencing club that is run by an elected Board of Directors. These directors are dedicated individuals who are elected from and by the general membership of Halberstadt in order to provide the necessary programs, functions, and to manage the day-to-day requirements of the Halberstadt Fencers Club and all the other Halberstadt Programs

The Board of Directors meet at least every quarter (as outlined in the Halberstadt Charter) to discuss Halberstadt Business. Special meetings are also called, as the need arises. These meeting minutes, as well as rules, bylaws, and all information affecting Halberstadt are to be posted on this forum for all HFC members to view.
