For additional family membership rates, or if you wish to pay your family membership by any means other than a single payment transaction, please contact the Treasurer to discuss your specific needs.

When you choose one of the registration options to the left, you will begin the process of creating your membership record in the database. Once your record has been created, you will be provided with a list of payment options for which you are eligible. If you have paid your membership offline, please choose this option and as soon as your payment has been confirmed, your member profile will be updated to reflect a current payment.

If you choose to pay in installments, your payment will be made automatically each month. If you wish to cancel your membership at any time prior to the end of the year, you must notify Halberstadt in writing no less than 30 days prior to your cancellation. We will terminate your membership and stop all further recurring transactions.

Halberstadt Fencers' Club operates on a fiscal year that begins September 1 and ends on August 31. If you are registering as a member after November 30, you will only be given the option to pay in monthly installments and your payment will be made automatically each month. If you wish to convert to a single annual payment at the end of the current season, please notify us in writing by August 1 so that we can cancel your installment plan and you can make your annual payment for the following season.
