2026 FOIL SUMMER CAMP

For Beginner and Intermediate Fencers

Dates: July 27th - July 31st, 2026

Time: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Who: Beginner and Intermediate Fencers ages 8 - 11

Location: Halberstadt Fencers’ Club 621 South Van Ness Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94110

This camp will focus on teaching the basics of foil fencing. We strive to make fencing fun! Each day will feature stretching, footwork drills, blade drills, hand-eye coordinations games, and other training games. Lead instructor is Sonya Li.

 

Fees: $395 for the week. $495 for non Halberstadt members. We request that students bring lunch and drinks. We will provide snacks. For other questions please contact Sonya Li directly at sonyali@gmail.com with the subject “July 2026 Foil Summer Camp.”

Other information: Fencing equipment may be borrowed from the club. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available at the fencing club.
 

To reserve a spot please fill out the Google Form and Submit the $100 non-refundable deposit to Sonya Li by July 20th 2026 by Venmo (@Li-Sonya via friend) or check (please make it out to Sonya Li).  Please make the full payment to Sonya by July 24th, 2026.
